I contacted Brian Randall who was referred to me from another business associate. I needed help with a vacation of property in the City of Milwaukee. Brian was not only extremely knowledgable, he also did an superior job explaining the tedious process. I had the privilege to work with Brian on a commercial real estate acquisition that was having some difficulties. My client was receiving negative feedback from the alderman and municipality for a special use permit he was trying to obtain. Brian only had one week to prepare for our approval meeting with the city and was very professional with handling the short time frame. At the meeting, Brian took control and had an answer for every question the city threw at us. Needless to say, we ended up with a unanimous decision in our favor, were granted the special use permit and closed the deal. Brian showed confidence, professionalism and patience during this process. We all were very impressed!
We retained Brian and FFSJ to help with acquisition, zoning, entitlement and licensing of a new location in Milwaukee. Not being local, I needed someone familiar with that turf.
