  An attorney can really determine the outcome of your case and future. Brian Joslyn with his extensive knowledge of the law and his compassion is by far the most effective attorney! My son was facing 3 felony charges and one misdemeanor. The police officer really threw the book at him. His first lawyer was most definitely going to get him extensive jail time. About halfway through the case we saw that his case kept going south. The attorney was willing to settle for pretty much anything. We decided that our son was a young college student and those stupid charges that weren't warranted in the first place were going to ruin his life. Although i saw all the positive reviews I was apprehensive because we live in Delaware County and I was concerned that he would not be known there or know the prosecutors and judges. I was so wrong, Brian knew who the prosecuting attorney was as well as the judge. He obviously had represented people in Delaware. I called a couple attorneys Brian called back immediately. I was impressed that the owner of the firm called me back so soon and saw us so promptly. We hired Brian, Not only is he so knowledgeable about the laws and statutes but he is such a caring person. He truly puts his heart into his cases. When I was talking to Brian about the case you can see the compassion and his mind working on strategies. He had to undo the damages that the previous attorney had caused! He always answered or immediately returned my calls. (unlike the previous attorney who by the way didn't show up to one of his trial dates, didn't tell us one was continued so we went to it and found out from the bailiff, didn't return phone calls She basically didn't care. My son has a severe traumatic brain injury and can sometimes get emotional and frustrated. Brian and his staff were so understanding and patient with him. My son's charges were dismissed and Brian is currently working on getting his record expunged! I feel so strongly about Brian that I would be willing to talk to anyone who was debating on whether to use him or not because I know how Brian Joslyn could completely positively impact a person's future.
