My ‘Lawful Permanent Resident” status renewal was handled by Attorney Brian Green. He was exceptionally friendly and professional and in general, very approachable. He had the ability to put one at ease – either on a skype call, or telephone or a face-to-face meeting. My case file was prepared very well, and Brian ensured that every detail was communicated effectively with me, and that I was comfortable with the entire procedure. It was wonderfully reassuring to have him meet me at the airport to assist with any inadvertent issues that may have arisen with the US Customs and Border Protection. Brian always made sure he was available for me, and at one time, I was actually able to call him directly and get some urgently needed advice during non-office working hours. Such personalized service is rare and am truly grateful to Brian for making this rather stressful experience seem like fun.
Our I-485 cases are very complicated. We encountered a lot of tough questions from USCIS. Attorney Green handled our cases very well. Although we knew him only a few months, we feel he treated us like good friends. He is very responsive, considerable, knowledgeable. He worked so hard and efficiently. He always sheds light when we feel in dark which is so important for myself and my family. He resolved our problems and helped our family out of the stressful time. I would say at some point he changed our life. If you have immigration problems, don't hesitate to contact Attorney Green. I am sure he will make give you satisfying solutions.
I worked with Brian when I was a new attorney. He provided great guidance and mentoring. He is extremely competent and knowledgeable as an immigration attorney.
I have hired Mr.Brian Green in August 2008 to help me solve an emergency situation which was created by the consulting company i worked with for a long time. Brian responded promptly and did all the steps which were required and still met the timeline. As a result i was able to bring my pregnent wife back to states without any problem. Sincerely appreciate his efforts and knowledge on the subject. I recommend Mr.Brian Green for any of your immigration matters.
I had the pleasure of working with Brian on a number of special projects at the Murthy Law Firm. The projects entailed extremely complex immigration and labor compliance issues, to which his expertise was invaluable. Brian's ability to educate and consult with clients, often times having to detail complicated procedural compliance issues, was unparalleled. Brian was brought in to the firm for his litigation expertise. His knowledge of unusual relief mechanisms allowed the firm to create a whole new host of services. I enjoyed working with him, and would always be happy to provide a recommendation.
Brian's enthusiasm towards his career results in a very high level of attention to detail and substantive knowledge of immigration law. I highly recommend Brian.
I am an experienced immigration attorney, trial attorney and litigator. I enjoy working with individuals and employers to resolve tough immigration problems. I have had the privilege of sharing some dramatic, positive outcomes with my clients, whether they be the approval of a green card, a visa, a successful border entry into the U.S. or the reunification of a family. I especially enjoy it when my clients become naturalized U.S. citizens. I am able to use federal lawsuits to resolve delayed adjudications of all types of immigration cases, as well as delayed visa applications at U.S. Embassies and Consulates overseas. I have also used federal APA lawsuits to challenge incorrect USCIS decisions.
My background as a criminal defense trial attorney and corporate litigator has prepared me to fight for my client's cases not just at the USCIS, Consular, CBP or other administrative level, but to advocate for a review of the decision or to compel a decision in federal court. I also represent companies who are interested in reviewing their compliance with U.S. immigration and related labor laws. When asked, I can defend companies who are under investigation by the U.S. Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Disivion (DOL WHD), USCIS' Fraud Detection and National Security (FDNS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and U.S. Department of State's Visa Fraud Unit. I work with in-house counsel as well as consult with or join in the representation of clients when my expertise is needed.
