  If you are looking for a litigation attorney, Brian is the ideal candidate. What the jury and public see is an outgoing extrovert, charmingly engaging, courteous, and polished. In the inside, he is focused, driven, and knows where the finish line is. In one deposition in his office, the deponent complained that there was no water or courtesies offered to her. Brian apologized, left and made sure the staff brought in water and other goodies. He then proceeded to get all the information he desired from the deponent. In another case, after a deponent had said he had no more businesses, as the deposition was ending, Brian exchanged business cards with the deponent. There was a bar code on the deponent's business cards, and 15 seconds later, Brian started asking about other active businesses on the website. And in trial, after meticulously planning his strategy, upon realizing the judge was not interested in his approach, he quickly changed directions and won the case.
