Hired Brad 2 years ago to represent us at a horrible time in our lives. Our home had been destroyed while we were serving overseas. Not an income property...our home. Our hearts were to ensure this would not happen again in our community and he gave us an outcome in line with that. He was not just about highest $ for him as some many lawyers are these days..(justice is and financial cost/gain are hand in hand with so many) he represented us, in every way. The outcome was ideal for us, but even if it wasn't I'd use Brad again. Not only because he is an amazing lawyer, but a person of incredible moral and intellectual integrity.

I was referred to Mr Bergford by another attorney. He was quick to respond and quick to follow up. He did for me in 1 day what I couldn't accomplish with months of work on my own. I would highly recommend him!
