Bonnie has been our represtation for quite some time, I couldn't imagine anyone else doing the job. She's brilliant, thorough and she doesn't sugar coat anything. She's been consistently available to me and my staff for every matter involved with compliance, business practices and legal issues. She's handled everything with efficiency and professionalism. She's been our guardian angel so to speak. Without question she's been critical to our success.
Bonnie Fong is an extraordinary and skilled professional, always prepared and focused. She brought tremendous value to my business as a consultant! Along with a consulting partner, she contributed significantly to our (new product) business start-up through assessing, then addressing how to improve our: inventory management, customer experience, go-to-market strategy and intellectual property management. I appreciated both her leading and supporting skills as a consultant in a collaborative team. Bonnie is especially passionate for getting the details right - this totally showed up in the way she led a hands-on inventory audit and then helped us set up an inventory management system. She is friendly and easy to work with and her results reflect her high standards. She and her partner's recommendations for our commercial go-to-market strategy was truly extraordinary and has influenced a number of our decisions. Also, their audit of our intellectual property helped surface additional actionable items that we addressed more quickly due to their findings. It is truly a pleasure working with Bonnie and I highly recommend her!
