I was very fortunate to have Beth Barbosa accept my divorce case that had already been in process for nearly 8 months. She was exceptional in getting up to speed in a very heated complex divorce that was going to full trial. Beth is superior in her professionalism, knowledge and ability to know when, what and how to present and argue facts in the case, though I have to admit at times it was tough, I quickly learned to trust her and the outcome could not have been any better. I don't know how I would have made it through without her knowledge, support and dedication 24/7 to my case from start to finish. As a family lawyer with over seventeen years of experience, I enjoy applying my knowledge to help individuals through divorce - - particularly those in unique situations including high asset divorces, which, many times include business valuations, complex spousal maintenance agreements, stock options, and other areas unique to high asset individuals.I am honored to work with my clients who have hired me because I am compassionate, attend to their needs and goals, and make myself available outside of office hours. Divorce is difficult. I am always honest and realistic and don't sugar-coat my advice. Because of this, my clients feel comfortable knowing I am advocating for their best interests while also maintaining a positive relationship with the other side. Doing anything else will protract the proceedings and drive up fees.My approach is to understand what my clients want at the end of the divorce, and to work my hardest to make it all happen.
