  When I met Bernard, I was in the beginning stages of forming a new Social Selling coaching company with group of other successful LinkedIn Trainers and Coaches. Bernard worked with me to draft operating agreement for the new LLC and helped us articulate how we wanted the company to run. He helped us identify the risks, and other opportunities for improving the agreement. Bernard explained what terms meant and why they were important, and helped me think through how the company would handle situations that other companies have found challenging. Working with him over several rounds, Bernard rewrote and revised the operating agreement so that it fit our intended purposes and positioned us for success. Simultaneously, he obtained an EIN and filed the paperwork necessary to register our new company in PA.

The facilitator provided a stellar panel and group of experts who offered their guidance and experiences in the field. Bernard was one of the panelist who walk us through the legal aspects of a focused live business plan. I am happy you were there. You have a wealth of knowledge about how to help entrepreneurs rise to the next level in business and be protected legally. And then on a more casual level, you stepped in to another plane when Dr. Ray Charles, ( another expert panelist), during his presentation, explained how your expertise and creativity began to reshape his LIVE BUSINESS PLAN! WOW, YOU ARE AWESOME! We business owners who were attendance, are striving to become the best of the best in the market in our respective fields. Dr. Ray Charles is the best of the best in his market, but you demonstrated that you can serve, to help evolve his best to…THERE IS NONE BETTER THAN HE IS, in his business field from your legal stand point.   Bernard is not your typical attorney, he take time to make sure you understand what is actually going on with and IN your business.
