I hired Ayesa and we agreed on a flat fee contested divorce to take me to trial. After approximately 6 months of representation and after taking all of my money, she withdraws. I paid her $8000 in full to take me to trial as per the retainer agreement and she withdraws as she got hammered by opposing counsel. I begged and pleaded with her not to withdraw but she didn't care because she already got paid. Why continue to represent someone when you've already got all their money? Also be aware of her partner, they back each other up no matter how wrong the other one is.

I was looking for two weeks for the right attorney and many of them were pessimist about my case and just want to over charged me without giving me any hope , then I met Ayesha Phillips Right away I new I was going to win my case ,she was confident with a positive attitude ,it was I pleasure working with her . Ayesa N. Phillips is an attorney with Henrichsen Siegel, where her practice focuses primarily on labor law, employment disputes and transactions, civil rights matters, commercial and business ligation, and civil litigation. Ms. Phillips also has substantial experience in landlord/ tenant disputes and family law matters.
Ms. Phillips has trial practice experience and has handled various aspects of litigation from pre-trial through post-trial. Ms. Phillips began her legal career as a managing partner in a law firm based in Hollywood, Florida. Ms. Phillips earned her J.D. degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2012, and her B.A. degree in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University in 2009.
