Aslan was given a difficult FPGA design task, and, for reasons beyond our control, was forced to work solo - I could only interact with him infrequently. Aslan showed great initiative in researching the particulars of his assignment, and completed the work within schedule and meeting all the difficult requirements. Aslan is a pleasure to work with and eagerly attacks diccicult assignments.
