My whole family has hired and referred Ann Fischer to others for their real estate closings. She is always professional and will always answer our questions in a timely manner. We wanted to get a credit at closing for a appliance that was outdated. Ann worked with the realtor and seller to make sure we received the amount we wanted. I would recommend Ann to anyone I know. A pleasure to work with.

Ann is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She is well versed in estate planning. I had several issues concerning minor children, life insurance and general concerns of probate issues. She sent me a questionnaire to complete and return to her and set up an appointment. She had reviewed and studied all my information and was well prepared for our meeting. She explained many options to me and made several suggestions. I walked in that meeting confused and dazed and walked out confident about my understanding of estate planning and more importantly, felt safe in her hands. She prepared all my documents and explained everything to me at the final meeting. She has answered all my emails right away and there was not one question that was left unanswered. As a matter of fact, even after everything was finalized and complete, I had some follow up questions that she answered immediately. I highly recommend Ann to anyone who needs a will, a trust or any other estate planning tools.
