Ms. Zervos has been practicing law since 1997, starting her  legal career  as an Assistant Public Defender for the Sixth Judicial Circuit.  While there, she gained valuable trial experience, handling over 30 criminal jury and non-jury trials.  Since August of 1998, she began  battling the insurance industry, and representing only victims of personal injury.  She handles cases such as automobile & motorcycle accidents, wrongful death claims, brain injury cases, slip and falls and medical malpractice.  She has handled thousands of cases and has prided herself on maintaining strong communication levels with each and every client, making herself available to them for whatever issues/concerns arise. Over the years she has had many personal injury trials with successful verdicts, most that exceeded the amount of insurance coverage.  She has had successful verdicts against State Farm  Geico, Nationwide, Liberty Mutual, Allstate, Farmers Insurance, Auto Owners, Mercury Insurance and USAA.  Ms. Zervos truly believes that any lawyer can label themselves a "personal injury lawyer", but very few can call themselves a "trial lawyer".  Before you choose a lawyer, ask that lawyer about their trial experience and outcomes.
