Andy Beltran recently defended me in court presenting a request for my DUI-related probation to be dismissed at the 2 year mark instead of the court mandated 3 year mark. His presentation and documentation was so organized and well prepared that the courtroom judge not only agreed to dismiss my probation and expunge my case, he stated that there was nothing left to be said because of how well Mr. Beltran advocated for my case. I am grateful and relieved that my case was expunged and I am now able to return to my career path with a clean record. I definitely recommend Andy to defend your case!
I retained Andy Beltran after I was involved in a fatal accident. Andy jumped into action from the moment that I called him by responding to the scene as the police began to investigate the accident. Being involved in a fatal accident was very traumatic for me but Andy helped me deal with the process by shutting down the police officers attempts to interview me. Andy then took responsibility of my case and I was able to avoid criminal charges and regain my driver’s license even though I was facing a lifetime ban on driving. I would certainly recommend Andy Beltran to anyone looking for an attorney.
Andy Beltran is a true professional of strong character and integrity. From our humble beginnings in the Marine Corps Infantry in 2001, I have always known Andy to lead by example. His work ethic and commitment to staying on and accomplishing tasks is unlike any other person I have met. With a great emphasis on help others, Andy continues to lead the way with respect, humility, and compassion. I would encourage anyone to retain his services. You can trust that the value you receive in return will be extraordinary.
Andy is among the most diligent and dedicated attorneys I've ever met. I work with hundreds of attorneys each year as Director of a pro bono legal service. Andy is knowledgeable and tenacious in his advocacy. He is also humble enough to work collaboratively, leveraging his skills and experience with those of colleagues for the betterment of his clients.
Andy has been a mentor to me during law school over the last several years. He is intelligent, thoughtful, and dedicated. I highly recommend Andy for any legal or business ventures because he has the tenacity and drive to get great results! Best of all, as a Marine, you know he can be trusted.
I have known Andy Beltran for almost a decade. We met in Baghdad Iraq working on a High Threat Protection detail supporting the U.S. Diplomatic mission. I remember that, while other team members were buying fancy cars and going on lavish vacations, Andy was sending a large portion of his earnings back home to help out his parents and family members. To me, this spoke to a level of maturity, and an ability to put the needs of others before his own that is sadly uncommon in today's world. Though it was a loss for the team when he left, I was very proud to hear that he was attending law school and more so when I heard that he was now an attorney. I feel certain that the maturity and self-sacrifice he demonstrated while we worked together will only enhance his professional practice. If Andy were still working protection, I would hope he was on my team, which easily translates to; I have trusted him and would trust him with my life and the lives of my teammates, again. I'm not sure you can get a better recommendation than that.
Andy is an Attorney and Marine Corps veteran who honorably served our country on the battlefield in Iraq and now battles in courtrooms on behalf of his clients. Andy is smart, personable, aggressive, tenacious, and gets great results. I highly recommend him.
Prior to becoming an attorney, I participated in hundreds of missions in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom as a U.S. Marine and while working on Department of Defense and Department of State contracts. Sometimes, conducting the proper prior planning leading up to those missions was just as exciting as the missions themselves.
During those times, I learned very quickly that survival depended on one’s ability to anticipate the actions of others, investigate credible threats, adapt to changing circumstances, work effectively with your team, and understand the strengths and weaknesses of the team but especially those of your enemies.
To me, the courtroom is not much different. The threats on the battlefield are clearly unique but my approach remains the same. Having already possessed these skills has given me a distinct advantage over many of my peers. In keeping with this warrior ethos, I approach the courtroom with the mentality of “No better friend, no worse enemy” while remaining polite and professional. These skills, along with my integrity, loyalty, and fighting spirit, set me apart from others.
