I am a foreign investor interested in purchasing distressed homes in Florida. A friend spoke to me about Andrew that he specialized in distressed residential and commercial foreclosure defenses and handles the transaction in its entirety, along with his staff (Thank you Olivia). We closed on a distressed property with multiple liens. While he advised me that these take time, we closed ahead of schedule. It was complex because parts of the closing occurred in the States, and he even had to prepare for Paris at the last minute. Andrew worked with my 8 hour time advance, to coordinate the closing with American banking institutions. Seamless and highly recommended!

Andrew Zesinger was hired to represent us in a short sale with an incompetent financial institution that refused to cooperate and had contempt for the laws and our confidentiality. His unfaltering approach to deal with the facts, the laws, our rights, and his imperviousness with the unreasonable, stubborn, pompous negotiators lead to success. He never gave up and stayed steadily engaged for a year, always in contact by email or telephone. We would not of with stood the process without Andrew Zesinger. the old saying goes “you get what you paid for.”

Andrew Peter Zesinger is a senior associate attorney with NeJame Law, P.A. Born and raised in Erie, Pennsylvania, Mr. Zesinger earned his Bachelor’s degree in Health Policy Administration from The Pennsylvania State University in 1999. He created a summer externship in the business administration department that emphasized and analyzed universal health care coverage.
