  Attorney Berman is a consummate professional. He is very respectful and also highly approachable and accessible. He listened to my concerns with empathy and with a genuine desire to clear me of charges related to a misunderstanding gone horribly awry. He achieved the practically unachievable: convincing the judge that I deserved a Continuance Without a Finding for a charge for which judges typically do not issue CWOFs. He was able to do this drawing from his extensive criminal defense experience and by working closely with me to ensure that my case was the strongest that it could possibly be. His firm couldn't have a more appropriate name: Equitas, meaning justice in Latin, is exactly what Attorney Berman is committed to and nothing less.
