Amy was terrific in guiding us through the complex planning and creation of our estate planning documents. We made the decisions, but she helped us think through and understand the sometimes complex implications of each option. Amy also helped us communicate our wishes clearly, to avoid mistakes. We now have a health care proxy, durable power of attorney and wills. We were provided copies and flash drive to store our documents. Amy was extremely knowledgeable, caring and had our best interest through the process.

I am an estate planning and elder law attorney who focuses my practice on helping people protect their family and their future. I am dedicated to working with each of my clients to provide them a plan that is focused on how they want to protect and care for their family. Each client has a special and unique family, therefore, I treat each client with the unique and special attention they deserve to complete their estate plan.
Atlanta Wills + Trusts Law Group also knows that eventually all clients will need to discuss long term care and how we can plan to provide the resources necessary to get care they both want and deserve. That is why Refeca Law also helps older adults take the steps necessary to protect what they have spent their lifetime gathering.
My specific practice areas include wills, living wills, powers of attorney, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, special needs trusts, medicad asset protection planning, veteran's beneifit planning.
