My attorney Amy Miller took on an extremely difficult case. I was injured while at Physical Therapy followed by three car horrific accidents within two-years, And each negelint party kept pointing their fingers at each other. Amy brilliantly had to decipher the level of fault of each party, which she brillently did.

Amy Miller initially assured me she would see us through this most difficult situation. From day one I was confident she would make sure we were aware of our options to cover our expenses. I say our because accidents like mine affect the entire family. She called often to see how I was feeling. Often times the wounds heal over but the anxiety and stress remain. I believe I got though the past 19 months without mental therapy thanks in part to her continual caring calls. She does her homework... she's tenacious, fair and honest. Exactly what I needed during a very difficult time.

Ms. Miller is a litigation attorney in the Seattle office of GLP Attorneys, P.S., Inc. Amy joined GLP Attorneys in 2012 and focuses her practice on injury cases including auto collisions, construction site accidents, wrongful death, premise liability and brain injuries.
Amy’s approach to each case is to truly get to know her clients from the perspective of friend, confidant, as well as advocate. Amy believes that every person dealing with an injury, whether big or small, is greatly impacted and deserves justice; whether that be through settlement, mediation, arbitration or trial. Amy has compassion for each unique client situation she is presented, and represents them zealously.
Prior to joining GLP Attorneys, Amy worked as a professional malpractice and negligence defense attorney in the Seattle area. Having represented plaintiffs as well as working on behalf of insurance companies, Amy brings extensive trial experience, from multiple perspectives, to her clients here at GLP Attorneys.
Amy’s compassion spreads outside of the office where she serves as a volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocate for young children in dependency disputes, as well as provides pro bono work for legal clinics in King County.
Ms. Miller has taken on the role of litigation mentor to other attorneys in the firm, and will work alongside them prior to and at the time of trial.
