What can I say about Allison and the team at RJS Law. Let's see. First a smidge about me. I'm a very high speed, energetic, demanding and sometimes intense client. I want what I want and I want it yesterday. It is oftentimes hard to find someone who can fit into my category and successfully handle my requests. I recall my sit down with Allison during the summer of 2015. I had a battle plan formulated and needed a Tax Law Firm to represent me. Allison took the challenge with a smile. I was in and out of the office in good time. I stated my needs and she was very efficient in understanding and taking the ball. I remember, "Greg - just let us handle this and you can go back to doing what you do... Relax, we've got this!" That was what I wanted to hear. Throughout our partnership, she kept me informed and was very respectful of my time. She promptly responded to my phone calls and emails. When I asked for something, this is where I made a mistake... I did not expect them to be as efficient as they were and before I knew it, she had everything handled. I loved it!!! Finally someone who works like I do! We had a little bump in the road, but course correction was swift and effective! My overall agenda was completed successfully, in significant part due to the representation by RJS Law. Question: Would I use RJS Law again? Answer: Without a second thought, they would be my first phone call. My only issue with RJS Law is they do not handle other Legal affairs. If they did, I would have them on retainer for my company in a minute!
To whom it may concern, Allison Soares and the RJS team had a very complicated task in front of them resolving several different and complicated tax issues for me personally ranging over 15 years of back taxes and fillings. I had a specific goal in how I wanted these issues handles and the timrline in which I needed it to be set in agreements with the IRS and FTB. She accomplished everything we had hoped for to the "T". I have since referred my bother in law who not only got his liens removed by Allison and her team, but he actually got a rebate. I also referred my sister to Allison and she left extremely happy with the honest evaluation of here situation by Allsion. I will continue to recommend here to anyone needing assistance with any tax issues.

I had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Soares during my time as a law clerk at RJS Law. Allison Soares is one of the most dedicated and professional attorneys that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She has a wealth of knowledge regarding both corporate law and tax law and willingly shares that knowledge to educate both her peers and her clients. What is most impressive about Ms. Soares is her work ethic and dedication to ensuring that her clients receive the best possible outcome given their individual situations. She will work tirelessly on a client's behalf and try unique approaches that other attorneys don't consider. She thoroughly researches all possible options and then has candid and thoughtful conversations with her clients about how to proceed. Ms. Soares truly solves problems and her background in forensic accounting was an invaluable asset on numerous cases that we shared. Besides being a great attorney, Ms. Soares is an excellent communicator.
