  Aldo NOTO est un grand professionnel du droit, dans de nombreux domaines. Il a travaillé avec moi et mon équipe sur des thèmes de nouvelles approches de l'aménagement du territoire particulièrement pointus. Et cela, d'un continent (Amérique) à l'autre (Europe) en parfaite cohérence et recherche d'une compréhension profonde des sujets que je développais, en terme de brevet, alors que nos usages en droit et brevet ne sont pas les mêmes. Surtout, Aldo a toujours fait preuve de la recherche la plus pointue dans tels ou tels domaines de la mise en œuvre de ces brevets, alors qu'ils étaient de nature très prospectifs et novateurs .
