Did great in handling my case involving motor vehicle accident, involving bodily injury. My family and I still came out losing because our vehicle was fairly new and paid off. The other party that hit us from behind lied on her police statement; and because of her false statement, her insurance company (progressive) had enough to fight not fully at fault. Just remember insurance companies are not out to lose money, do not rely on a settlement check to get you rich, and let ur attorney do the best he can to get you the best possible settlement. Again dont rely on a check and pretend you are hurting if you really arnt. If you are hurt then get better over time, if not, in the words of our former president Obama "pick yourself up, dust yourself off" and continue working hard for your money.

This being my first car accident I was very unsure of the legal process and how to handle everything. After speaking with, and later hiring, Mr. Cabrera my mind was swiftly put to ease. He took my case and made it his own, working tirelessly to help me. Never did he leave a concern in my head or a question unanswered. From the initial paperwork, to the prepared chiropractor visits, to the closing settlement of the case, I always knew my well-being was in the right hands. Thank you for everything Mr. Cabrera.

I am Albert Cabrera and I am 30 years old. I have been a part of Wayne Wright, LLP for four years. I grew up in San Antonio, TX and am a father to two boys. I am also a dog lover and own four dogs. I'm a New England Patriot's fan and of course, a San Antonio Spurs fan. On my spare time, I enjoy playing with my toddlers, watching documentaries, cooking with my wife, excercising, fishing and reading. Other interests include immigration law, mediation/ADR and volunteering my time.
