My firm specializes in the resolution of personal and business disputes through negotiation, mediation, and/or arbitration. For nearly 30 years, I have litigated matters ranging from individual disputes to high stakes, bet the company, complex commercial litigation in state and federal trial and appellate courts, and before city, state and federal administrative agencies throughout the country. My clients have been individuals, families, small and mid-size businesses, and Fortune 500 companies.Whether acting as a mediator, an arbitrator, or a discovery referee, I bring to bear my extensive experience as a litigator and trial lawyer; my graduate school education in dispute resolution and the insight into the psychology of conflict it has given me; and, my more than 9 years on the bench as a temporary judge for the Los Angeles Superior Court.I understand that personal and business disputes are an unwanted distraction, and that litigation is an imperfect solution.
