I have worked with Alan a number of times over the years and can absolutely speak to his professionalism and his knowledge. I recently had a time-sensitive legal issue that I needed assistance with and had taken action on my own with no result. Alan stepped in, handled matters swiftly and professionally and before I knew it, the matter was resolved. I will absolutely be calling Alan in the future should the need arise.

Alan has spent the majority of his career aggressively prosecuting foreclosures and other complex litigation, on behalf of community associations. He began his career representing mortgage lenders in foreclosure cases, and also has significant experience prosecuting asset forfeiture cases on behalf of municipal police departments, defending personal injury and worker’s compensation matters on behalf of municipalities, and addressing a multitude of other transactional and litigated matters for municipal, corporate, and individual clients.
