  Aditya Surti is a very innovative lawyer when it comes to immigration matters. While strictly abiding with law, he helps find solution for complex immigration matters. Aditya has been my lawyer for the past 3 years helping me with my mothers immigration issues. He spent sufficient amount of time understanding the situation, he was always a phone call away whenever I needed any support and he is prompt with his communication. Aditya does not charge hefty fees as his greater interest is in solving the case. Having said this, lawyer fees always pinch. But we felt that his fees were nominal when compared to his services and solutions One thing I really liked about him is his modesty and integrity. Very hard to find in immigration lawyers. Without going into details on my mothers case, I want point out that Aditya takes into consideration the various social complex issues that bothers FOB immigrants and works with the client for a win-win situation. While working with him on immigration issues, I also found that Aditya also practices General law helping in matters such as short sale, divorce, and other litigations.   One of my students, a U.S lawyer, recommended Mr. Aditya Surti who belongs to the family of lawyers/judiciary from generations. We decided to take his legal services for both divorce & green card matters of my granddaughter .He explained the pros and cons of both the cases after examining the facts & evidences. My granddaughter was all alone in NJ while I & her parent were in India. He has constantly kept us informed about each and every development of the cases, the strategy, the legal and practical advice etc. through e-mail & telephone keeping my granddaughter on conference call. The apparently simple cases of divorce and immigration were made much complicated by her in-laws through filing several motions, affidavits, appeal and complaints with the Court and Immigration Department. They changed the first lawyer by hiring the big firm of group of lawyers. They also hired a separate immigration lawyer to ensure the denial of green card so as to deport her, the expert to impute her income and so on. However with the rich combination of sound legal experience, a profound knowledge, practical approach, strategic case management, Mr.Aditya Surti has single handed taken up her both the cases, some time aggressively sometime patiently and most of the time strategically so well that in both the cases she has got satisfactory result . At time there was a situation when the case was likely to go to the trial but he convinced us rightly to be cost effective by accepting the mediation. Mr.Surti has single handed dealt with both the cases extremely well so that my granddaughter, both her parent and myself honestly rate him as excellent lawyer and humanitarian. We respectfully acknowledge and appreciate the warmth; sole support and mentor ship given to my granddaughter selflessly during her stay in US even beyond lawyer- client relationship .Words are not enough to express our emotions & feelings for him.
