I was injured at a supermarket. I slipped in a puddle due to a leaky cooler. I couldn't see the water and I slipped and seriously hurt my knees. I know it was a tough case, but Adam never stopped and never gave up on me or my case. I received a settlement that was bigger than I though I would get.

My practice consists of the representation of people who have been injured due to negligence. My clients have been injured mentally, monetarily, and physically. Very often my clients and their families have had their lives dramatically altered because of someone elses neglignece. It is an unfortunate reality that they also usually stand at a distinct disadvantage because they don't have the resources, the experience, or the access to information that the insurance carrier for the other side does. My clients are individuals, and they have been wronged by large corporations or people who are staunchly defended by large insurance companies. Personal injury attorneys level the playing field for people who deserve equal access to the justice system.
